Christie’s is pleased to announce our auction, Photographs, to be held on May 18th in King Street, London. This sale presents classic, modern, and contemporary photographs, and coincides with the Photo-London Somerset House photography fair, underscoring London’s status as the prime European Spring-season venue for collectors of photography and contemporary art. Included are exceptional works by William Eggleston, Helmut Newton and Guy Bourdin as well as contemporary practitioners Richard Mosse, Julie Cockburn and Taryn Simon.
